On Saturday 1 October, join in with The Great Big Green Week family trail. There's lots of free, fun activities for all ages across Stratford-upon-Avon including at Foundation House!
This year, we have joined forces with the Royal Shakespeare Company, Shakespeare Birthplace Trust and Stratford Library to create a fantastic Fun Palace trail across the town!
Follow the trail to take part in fun activities as a family around Stratford-upon-Avon, including planting bulbs, creating eco-friendly badges, discover musical instruments, help create the Forest of Arden using a range of creative skills, make your own miniature fairy garden to take home and much more! You can take part in the activities in any order and can take as long as you like, no booking required.
The trail will run between 10am – 4.30pm and events at Foundation House run until 2pm.
At Foundation House, our activities will include:
- Free Refreshments
- Litter pick with Rubbish Friends
- Woodturning demonstrations
- Arts & Crafts
- Woodwork with Men Shed
- Become a DJ for the day with Welcombe Radio!
- Repair cafe official launch (why not bring something broken with you!)
